Peer Input Request: Independent ERP Advisory Partners
A member of the TNCR community is evaluating independent ERP advisory firms or consultants to support a portfolio company as it begins planning a potential ERP transition. The company is approximately $1.7B in annual revenue, operates in the 3PL/logistics space, and is currently on Microsoft Great Plains / Dynamics GP.
We are seeking real-world perspective from technology leaders on advisory partners who are ERP-platform knowledgeable but technology-agnostic, particularly those with experience in early-stage ERP planning, requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, roadmap development, and support prior to implementation partner or software vendor selection.
